What it is
The MRG-1 is where the MR-G line starts: Casio's mid-1990s attempt to build a G-Shock without the resin compromise. Titanium case, 39mm, 200M water resistance, module 1556, made in Japan. The listing's photos show the display running — a small fact that matters on a thirty-year-old digital module.
The seller, watches-watchout (100% feedback), describes it as "Pre-owned - Good" — light scratches or tarnishing may show — with no returns. That wording ran in the Instagram post exactly as the seller wrote it, and it runs the same way here: it is the seller's description, not our inspection.
Why it matters
Current MR-Gs are flagship-priced metal G-Shocks. The first generation was the experiment that proved the line — same shock structure, executed in titanium when titanium was still an exotic case material. Finding the experiment listed at $95, below ordinary used G-Shocks and far below the $458+ other MR-Gs list at on the same marketplace, is a pricing gap worth printing. This is our first eBay Pick: the bar is a checked gap like this one, or no pick at all.

What to check before buying
- No returns raises the stakes on the photos. The display runs in them; what they do not show — pushers, seals, backlight — stays unknown. Ask before buying, not after.
- "Good" is the seller's grade, quoted as such. Light scratches or tarnishing may show. On titanium, that usually means surface marks, but the listing is the only evidence.
- Best Offer is live. $95.00 or Best Offer, plus $6.99 shipping. An offer below ask costs nothing to make; the no-returns term does not change with price.
- Compare the gap yourself. Other MR-Gs list at $458+ on eBay, per the pick's research — different models, same line. The gap is the story; verify it holds when you look.
