Uncommon Artifact Return Policy
At Uncommon Artifact, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We understand that buying online requires careful consideration. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we've outlined our return policy below:
Pre-Owned & Vintage Items
All sales of pre-owned and vintage items (including watches) are final. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
We encourage you to carefully review the provided photos and descriptions before making a purchase. If you have any questions or require additional information about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
New Items
New items (including watches and other curated finds) are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange and receive further instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
General Conditions:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Uncommon Artifact reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
